      <description>Hello everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I recently order Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from Samsung's website, and got a free gift of Galaxy Buds Pro 2 with it. The buds will be delivered to my address on 29th of June, I don't know why they didn't deliver it with my phone!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The problem is my tenancy agreement is ending on 24th of June, and I have to leave the building on that day, I contacted Samsung chat support and even called them, I explained them, that the building will be closed after 24th of June, please deliver it early or change the delivery address, I was told I can't change it now and if someone doesn't receive it, the parcel goes back to the warehouse and they will consider the customer doesn't want to accept the parcel!!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Is they how you deal with your customers, Samsung?? This is my last time ordering with them, if anyone can help in what I can do in the scenario, their customer support team doesn't want to help at all because of their security policies!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>You can go to royal mail and redirect your mail to a new address. If it's not royal mail you normally get a text message from the delivery company which usually give you the opportunity to modify your delivery. I hope this helps</description>

      <description>Thanks for your reply. I don't think it's royal mail, they delivered the phone through DPD, but I am not sure of it. &lt;BR /&gt;They usually email a night before about the delivery, maybe after that I can change the address.</description>

      <description>With dpd, if you put your address in it, it will detect orders coming to that address</description>

      <description>I did already, nothing is showing up! Maybe the delivery's on 29th of June, and the parcel might not have even left from Samsung's warehouse, let's see if i get an email a week later or so</description>

      <description>Hi Paul, I tried everything I could to address my issue, but there is no one to listen from customer services team, they said due to security policy they can't change the delivery address. Yesterday, I got an email from Dpd about my delivery, but there is no option of changing delivery address and I called them on helpline, there is no way they can't change it.&lt;BR /&gt;This is so messed up and it's so frustrating as a customer to worry about these things, samsung had plenty of time to change the delivery address but they simply chose to frustrate the customer!! &lt;BR /&gt;Now, what should I do in this case, the building is demolished, to whom will they deliver? My ghost?</description>
