No delivery details/tracking number for a washing machine I ordered

Hi I ordered a washing machine last week due to arrive on 19/5/21. However Samsung keep fobbing me off and tell me it’s out of their hands and in the hands of panther delivery! Who also cannot give me any details about my appliance!
I took a day of work on the day the delivery was due which is now nearly two weeks ago!

This has been so frustrating as I uninstalled my old washing machine from the day of my promised delivery 😩
