      <title>Can i change the trade in item after purchase?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a few items early including a ZFlip5, I used a ZFlip3 as a trade-in, but afterwards thought I had an old iPhone 5S.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The question is, if I do not send in the correct trade-in device (assume they check the IMEI I provided) will they reject it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried an online support chat, and they advised it could not be changed, the only option was to cancel and start over, but then i loose a&amp;nbsp; 5% (using the Samsung Shop App) and 10% (Share a link) discount codes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Sadly Samsung are easily confused and asking them to change an order after it has been placed is fraught with risk. I promise you they would get it wrong and then leave you to sort it out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would advise either cancel the order and start again (appreciate this isn't your favoured option due to discounts but does Black Friday offer any better???) or stick with what you've ordered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope whichever you choose you like your new device. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>Ok update, I emailed the trade-in team, and surprisingly confirmed it is fine to do so as long as it is an eligible product,  if lesser value then of course less value as per the trade in detail.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Right, you need to have the original order changed to reflect the actual device you want to trade in first.&amp;nbsp; Only when you can get a copy/confirmation of the order change reflecting the actual device you want to trade in, then send in your trade-in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah it’s all very unclear, on their part. Fortunately the trade in I’m using is their Guaranteed one which &amp;nbsp;takes any android so it’s not based on the actual device as such but I will still follow your advice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
