No otp being sent to email to check claim

I'm trying to find out how much longer my £100 cashback is gonna take but when I try track my claim I get taken to a page to input my email used for the clane and a otp will be sent. Tried many times now and never receive a code

Yupp checked all folders the link to the actual claim is ridiculously hard to find too

I'm assuming my cashback was in this morning £100 from some company other than Samsung still no notifications on money or eatphone s being dispatched but got there in the end took about 5-6 week

I've been trying to track my reward but I don't receive any code in my email. I've checked my spam folder but it's still the same thing. No code sent
