    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a samsung A26 on 17.03.26 and i have had to bring it back to the shop on 2 occasions for it to be changed as when i was charging the phone it was telling there was water in the charging port which there was wasn't and it wouldn't charge.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/93055442"&gt;@Jonathan781&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is your current Device ok?&amp;nbsp; Some customers have found that this&amp;nbsp; issue resolves in due course.&amp;nbsp; If this occurs again some Troubleshooting you can try firstly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try&amp;nbsp; the interactive checks?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Go to Samsung Members-Support-Phone Diagnostics-Cable charging.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If error is highlighted you would need to contact Samsung Support or visit a service centre.Try a Forced Restart by holding the&amp;nbsp; Volume Down and Power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds until the Device&amp;nbsp; Reboots.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I am also aware of a few customers though&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;who did not notice any debris/mositure&amp;nbsp; but it was detected by an employee at the Samsung Service centre, not saying this will necessary be the case though.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;not solved&amp;nbsp; you could try clearing the USB cache&amp;nbsp; as shown in this article&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/my-device-displays-a-water-drop-icon-and-will-not-charge/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/my-device-displays-a-water-drop-icon-and-will-not-...&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could try in Safe Mode as sometimes there can be conflicts with 3rd party apps and if resolved in this mode would pinpoint recent third party apps which have been installed (if applicable).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
