    <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh well I return a product, the delivery service that Samsung chose lost my package but refused to update it and Samsung don't want to do anything since they don't report it lost... When I call they just hang up or play dumb... I got to say in never such an awful customer support especially when you bill thousand for you phone and you can't even help one customer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have returned a device to us, and it has been lost in transit, then our Shop Team does have a process in place to carry out an internal investigation with all involved parties.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This isn't something that I'm able to arrange from this position, therefore I strongly recommend reaching out to our Shop Team directly on&amp;nbsp;0333 000 0333 Mon-Fri | 8am to 8pm, or Sat-Sun | 9am to 6pm, where an advisor will be on hand to look into this further for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
