Recently purchased an S26 Ultra and I'm still waiting for the case to go with it which was ordered at the same time!! No updates to when its arriving. Annoyed that I'm using the phone unprotected..

There should be an email address you can use instead of spending a load of time trying to get through on the phone. Even the chat isn't working today!
