      <title>Samsung S26 Ultra Pre-Order stolen from DPD</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought the phone as pre order on the 01/03/2026, I got a deal as it was a pre oder in addition as a discount from my work place. I received a delivery message on the 13/03/2026 that my phone was now with DPD. On the 14th I received an email saying that we missed the delivery as no one was home. I was home a no one knocked or rang the bell. I was expecting them. In any case I then got another email saying it was going to be delivered the next Monday. Tracking stopped showing the parcel on the Sunday and then I got no notifications. I contacted DPD and they told me they had lost the parcel and that I needed to contact Samsung directly to open a case. I reached out to Samsung customer service who told me to wait while they confirmed where my phone was. 48hrs later they confirmed it was lost and just then started the investigation. They initially said they were going to send me a replacement phone. 3 days later I received an email saying my refund was being processed. I never requested a refund as I got a good deal for the phone and I wanted to receive the phone not a refund. I went back to customer service to ask about the issue and they told me that they were going to see what they could do but that the refund had already been processed on their side. They mentioned that they were going to give me a discount code to be able get the phone for the same price but now they have stopped giving me any updates and only say that they are still processing if they can accept my request. Completely nightmare and now they just evade the issue by telling me to wait.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
