      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I like a lot of people auto updated software this month in May and now when I try to use Samsung rewards it says can't use in this country.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;The handset was bought in the UK and this has been verified by Samsung they sent me here what poor service!!!!!!!!!!&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Anyone any ideas&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>After 6 months of endless updates highjacking my A71. One UI 4.1 installed and changed all my settings again. I spent hours yesterday in settings trying and failing to remove anoying "clicky" sounds and reset all my perfered font sizes. The only answer to these endless updates ruining my settings is to ditch SAMSUNG and today I am buying an Apple iPhone. After 10 years of Samsung I'm ditching the Junk! One UI 4.1 is a VIRUS!!!</description>
