Bought S25 Ultra 512GB. Want 1TB instead.

I purchased it at Best Buy (in-store) and still have about 20 days to return it. Is it true Best Buy can't order me a 1TB model? Would I have to return my phone and wait (with no phone to use) and order it through Samsung? I'd have no phone while waiting which is not an option. 😞

Hi and Welcome.

This is a Uk forum. I am presuming you are USA based and perhaps better of checking on their community website with regards to returns.

Bear in mind if the phone is already opened and used there could be a return fee which you might want to check first.

Alternatively cloud storage from Google or Microsoft might be a better option if you decide to keep your phone.

Out of interest, what are you doing on a phone that you need more than 512gb of storage? I'd struggle to even use 300gb unless I was just saving every video ever taken on device. And if you take that much video, moving it to a pc or cloud storage is probably a safer idea
