      <title>Samsung EPP UK "email address is invalid"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been struggling to get discounts on Samsung EPP. Whenever I try to sign into the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://shop.samsung.com/uk/multistore/ukepp/uk_networks/auth/multistore" target="_blank"&gt;https://shop.samsung.com/uk/multistore/ukepp/uk_networks/auth/multistore&lt;/A&gt; which is redirected from my employer benefits app (help@hand), I sign into it with my Samsung Account and when it straight away asks for employer email address I get the error "Invalid email address - Please check"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried several email addresses from different companies just to see if I get the same error and every time I do get the same error that the email address is invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried creating Samsung account with my employers email address and I still get the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried different browsers, different devices - same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried contacting Samsung Support and they have told me to contact my employer - don't know why exactly as the issue seems to be on Samsung side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone knows how to solve it by any chance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I use a similar scheme (perks@work) and for that I had to create an account with Perks and signed in there. Then search for Samsung and it then takes me to a Samsung Website (not the standard Samsung.com but a corporate links version although they look similar).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From there you are able to place your order at the discounted prices available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've never signed into a Samsung Account through that route and (I'll happily be corrected on this next part) I've never been able up stack other discounts from outside of the Perks at Work login.</description>

      <description>Hi and Welcome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As Far as I know your email has to be registered with your company.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also I am presuming your company has Samsung as an app partner.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that's the case check with other colleagues if their link is working or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See if the below guide helps&lt;BR /&gt;(Not uk)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/p5/au/estore/epp-sign-up-guide.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/p5/au/estore/epp-sign-up-guide.pdf&lt;/A&gt;</description>

      <description>Is it me or have other people noticed I huge decline in Samsung customer services it's like every time I call when I have a problem it's we will call you back whilst before it was sorted there and then what has happened in the year 2025 and does anyone have a complaint about customer services e-mail to hand please</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue with the blue light discount card. When I sign into the blue light card website on my computer (non-samsung laptop)&amp;nbsp; and access the samsung deal via it, it opens a page where you have to give your email address. I have used various email address to no avail - my blue light card email address, my samsung account email address, new email address. It keeps saying invalid email address. If I however sign into the blue light app via my samsung phone and click the link via it, then the discount webpage opens and I can seemingly order what I want. I have not tried to make a purchase though because I prefer to buy on a larger computer screen but I can access the discounted website via a samsung phone using the blue light card app link. This is definitely a samsung issue and nothing to do with your bluelight account eligibility or account. I would welcome any advice from samsung customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Getting this same issue with edenred links right now. it shows the purchase page but then refreshes to what looks like a registration link for your email. That then flags up because obviously my email is already registered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
