When I log in, I cannot access my cart. Nor can I access my personal links such as Orders, Rewards etc. When I checked the network traffic using the Dev Tools, I could see that I was getting an error 400 code which was stopping me from accessing anything on the site. It's been like this for a week and chatting to an expert has not helped. Because of this I can't log into the Samsung Shop app without being thrown back to the "Log in or Continue as a Guest" page.
