      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;So, it might not come as a surprise but Samsung compensation vouchers just appears a front for customer service to get you off the phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Had one sent to me that was due to expire in August 2025. Tried to use it today and it doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It's a new low for a company that seems desperate to save money by breaking UK consumer law and statutory customer rights&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Do not trust Samsung. Their customer service cannot is non existent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>There could be many reasons for this to occur, such as format issues. I had a code that worked fine but failed if copied and pasted. Try typing it instead, if you haven't already. Make sure its on the same account too as your original purchase (as to how you got the voucher)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reach out to shop.uk@email.support.samsung.com.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've had great service via email.</description>

      <description>Sorry, I thought Samsung as a technology company knew how to design a basic web form. As a customer, I agree that I shouldn't have made the purchase from Samsung in the first place. Silly me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They never reply to emails.</description>

      <description>The voucher was for Samsung.com as linked to in the email. That's where I was trying to use it. It was for £50. The item I was buying was £54. I also tried it on something less than £50 and it still wasn't accepted!</description>

I have couple discount codes, goodwill vouchers. Also, your prices very high than Amazon for example you are selling the smart tag2 for £34, but Amazon UK is selling for £14. Be sure to consider that not everything on Amazon is genuine—make sure the "sold by" is official.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As an example the single pack;&lt;BR /&gt;The Amazon post is made by OWGH Limited Private Limited Company, established in 2024&lt;BR /&gt;And the 4 pack is sold by NPJ TRADING—though it may be an official product, be mindful of why they may not offer a price match.</description>
