Anyone else still not had there email for the free starter pack?already had the confirmation of trade in completed 4 days ago.but nothing for the review for free starter pack?

Still waiting for my email, it did state 14 days from receiving. I received mine on the 1st Feb so not long to wait now. Still haven't had an email saying order completed, I'm guessing that is because I don't receive the buds 3 until the 28th Feb.

"We will email you a link to complete a review form after the 14- day returns period has expired. You must review your phone using that link within 30 days of receiving your new handset, using the same email address you used to place your order. You will not receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your review. Once your review has been validated, we will deliver your free gift within another 30 days"

Had the email about 7 days after receiving the phone( 1st Feb) once submitted, review has to be verified then they send pack out

Got mine 14 days after I placed the order, not 14 days after delivery (which surprised me).

Filled in and confirmation on screen that review accepted and starter pack will be with me within 30 days.

I received my handset on 2nd Feb and I submitted the review on 11th feb but till now I haven't received any other information regarding this I hope I get it as soon as possible because the worst part is im going to my home country in 3 weeks.🥲

I received mail for reviewing just after 3 days. Like I received my handset on 2nd and review mail on 6th but unfortunately I missed the mail and saw it on 11th and submitted the review

Nor had i.but yesterday I went onto the smasung chat.all very helpful in the end and they sent me a link on the chat to leave the review.so hopefully it has worked.so give it a try
