    <description>My order was sent out to my local dpd warehouse then returned to samsung.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ordered same day as you and been told twice it on it way back to samsung, yesterday it was due to deliver today to then be told it coming back to watewhouse again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dpd in space of 12 hour was returning it to then showing it at local depot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung support seem to say anything to get you off chat or phone. They never follow up on raised tickets it's like a massive misselling act going on as during the 10 days of this they had my money and never returned it or can tell me whether I am actually getting it.</description>

      <description>Sounds a bit like they didn't prepare enough for demand they should still honour the price and promotions under sales of goods act but if they have cancelled the sales contract then might be a problem</description>

Maybe something to do with the credit check but in any case they should provide clear explanation. Also, asking you to place another order at earliest convenience without honoring all the offers is outrageous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've read many stories of the phones being at dpd and then sent back. Why? Why can't it just be delivered to the customer? It's at the halfway point. Personally, I wouldn't buy off them again if they stupidly won't honour the original deal! Utter nonsense.</description>

      <description>I wouldn't ever go with apple, lol. Sammy makes better stuff. Phone them up and have a sincere chat with someone explaining your frustration with this ordeal. I don't see any reason why they couldn't give you the same deal. I've seen some arguing that this is deliberately done to gain more revenue, and it may come across like that. I'm more intrigued to know why it gets returned when it's at the halfway point? Call them. I ordered the S25 ultra last week, and it was delivered by dpd next day. I actually refused the delivery as I realised that I was more keen on the S25+. I'm now waiting for delivery by the 22nd. Already paid for it. Hopefully, there will be no hiccups with the delivery.</description>

They still haven't specified or provided any detail about the terms that my order didn't comply with.
