    <description>&lt;P&gt;So the order was placed on Thursday, Three sim with S25+ via Samsung app checkout.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However as I mentioned, a user on an alternate forum who ordered the identical on Friday, received theirs today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered S25+, estimated delivery date 1st Feb from Samsung.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1st Feb 6am get an email from Samsung "Order has been unexpectedly delayed, new delivery date 2nd Feb".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2nd Feb 6am get an email from Samsung "Order has been unexpectedly delayed, new delivery date 3rd Feb".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned up Samsung who said it might be due to Three not yet doing a credit check, but "Wasn't sure" and "Didn't know how long it may take" and that I was to "ignore any delivery date emails I get".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I just stuck in limbo, each day being told it'll be delivered on the next, until at 6am receiving yet another email saying its been delayed again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As someone who hasn't upgraded his phone since the good ole S9+, I can't believe how poorly Samsung are handling this launch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Appreciate the welcome!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think my frustration is that I'm being told each that day it will be delivered the next day, then 6am the next day it gets delayed yet again to the following day.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know when&amp;nbsp; to stay in the house for a delivery if I keep being told the estimated delivery date has changed to the next day, only for the next day to be told its been delayed to the next, repeat ad naseum.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If they just told me "Okay, its been delayed until 13th" then at least I know I haven't got to be in limbo re: what date the blumin thing may be arriving.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Potentially, but there is zero information indicating why it keeps getting delay ("unexpected circumstances") and someone on another forum literally ordered on Friday, with Three sim, and rec'd theirs today.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Additionally its rather annoying every day getting a new email saying its been delayed till the next, only for the next to say the same....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm that credit check wise, there shouldn't be any blockers or issues - Full time salary, positive credit rating, more than sufficient funds available, etc...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Either way, I just wish there was more clarity and transparency on what the issues are, timeframes involved, and more accurate information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yeah rather than from your own credit search it could be purely down to them being able to push through so many applications on the admin side of things.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is a very busy time right now and always is during preordering.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When did you place your order with three ?</description>

Obviously there will always be cases where some seem to process quicker.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know the carriers do seem to get an allocation quickly and send them out early. But with all due respect most of those receiving their phones already had ordered literally the same night of the unpacked on Wednesday 19th.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So if you ordered 3 days ago you would do well to get it sooner. However if three gave a delivery date then they should really uphold that so I feel your pain.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To be honest if thats the case, they really shouldn't be advertising their delivery date as 1st February, even asking me for a timeslot in checkout.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;While I accept this is an estimated delivery, the fact they were advertising such a delivery date, even on Thursday 30th, is questionable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As I said though, my annoyance at the moment is lack of information, and daily emails stating a delivery date of the following date, only to be told the following date theres yet another delay of a day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I think mobileshop/ao.com have had big issues with this influx of orders via Samsung.com my phone is the same as yours, delayed, payment accepted but now stuck at order acknowledged.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My wife's s25 ultra, ordered Thursday, arrived Sunday, sim card doesn't connect, Threes details don't match ours. Mobileshop are stuck with what's going on, and blaming dispatch at samsung, and samsung couldn't care less... according to them it hasn't even been dispatched &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😅&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pre-order Samsung S25 and pre-paid after using Instant Exchange on 29th Jan but when delivery executive arrived at my place for the delivery on 7th Feb 2025, he rejected my current device and updated his tool that the customer didn't accepted the delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now 3 days have passed, they are not responding to my queries and asking INR3000 + taxes as cancellation fee. I am even offering to pay them the whole amount as I already have hard reset my phone and i have already paid the amount so cant go in the market to buy any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
