Hi, does anyone have a direct line to Samsung complaints? We've had an issue with their handling of the repair and warranty of our 6 month old under warranty oven.

Hi Andrew. I've already contacted support and it ended up being a waste of time. I was just fobbed off to the company that provides the engineers. Really bad there is no real option for complaints. Especially as you expect more in the way of customer service from a reputable company like Samsung.

At some point in the last couple of years, companies like these have managed to get away with dumping their entire customer support for these community support threads.
