Samsung Trade in scheme - do I need to use the provided blue bag?

Hi all,

Just a quick question regarding the Samsung Trade in Scheme. I bought an s8+ and have received my trade in bag and label. The issue I'm having though is that the device I am trading in is too large to fit in the bag with the box (Ipad 2). Do I need use the blue bag, or can I put it in a different box and just stick the label on that instead?

I will contact them first if I was u. Also take photos of the items u r returning b4 u wrap them up and after. Keep ur return receipt from post office safe just incase.

As long as the correct Returns Label is used.

Ensure it's well wrapped up.

You don't have to, this time last year when I upgraded to S22 Ultra, I used the Samsung box my order came in with the correct trade in label not the order return label.
