My claimed offer still hasn't been sent after 30 days have passed?

Redeemed on August 1st. They promised it would be sent within 30 days so 31st would be the latest I would receive the £50 gift card, now it's September 1st and its still not been sent.

What's happening and how do I even get this? Samsung scamming me?

Why do you suggest you are being "scammed" just because there is a short delay to an approved claim being received?

Your choice of words is not really appropriate.

Had you done a quick search on here, you'll have seen that is a bit of a delay on cashback, bonus products and Google Play Credits.

They promise within 30 days. They state it time after time it's WITHIN 30 DAYS, now it's passed 30 days. They've broken their end of the deal

There is a delay. It has been widely commented on here. You'll just have to wait like everyone else.

As for breaking their part of the deal, yes that may be correct. But what are you going to do about it?

Choices:

1. Call Samsung Customer Service and complain (good luck)
2. Cancel your purchase (you'll be out of time)

So where do you go with this other than waiting? Doesn't make it right I agree but that's your choices.

You people are far to understanding about a multi billion pound company treating it's customers this way.

They work with Google and can't get more codes generated and sorted out within a day? Let alone weeks?

No communication at all about the delay.

Their total disregard and disrespect for the customer is eye opening.

He's right about the agreement, which is a sales contract being broken, the promotional site still states WITHIN 30 days. They haven't even bothered to add a statement to the page, let alone email everyone.

Shall we all just tell them we want 50% off our products now since apparently anyone can change agreements after the fact?

OP has every right to be annoyed with the company.

It all a bunch of ** to make them buy their products without giving you the promised add on. I'm gonna be bombarding them with emails etc trying to get this then further attempting to get something extra as well. It's a joke that a BN $ company can't even get a single £50 gift voucher in a month after an agreed contract

Yeah totally agree if they can't produce the promotion within the timescale stated by themselves then they shouldn't advertise it for starts.

When you trade in they give you a certain amount of time to send your old device back as part of the deal or you get penalized by them it's no different.

Yeah, I've not believed that since observing 'customers' who always refuse to acknowledge Samsung is anything but perfect.

I supect Samsung offers 'gifts' to good customers... They are so morally dishonest as a company, it would not surprise me...

They hook in with super preorder prices and promos but then it's always the same... Take the money and run...

Leaving poor customer service staff with no authority to listen to all our complaints.

If you were to look over my comments over the months, you'll see that I'm as much critical of Samsung as I am supportive.

Where they are good, I'll say so.

Where there are bad, I'll say so.

Over the last couple of days I've made comments about how poor Samsung Customer Service is.

But if you're prepared to make disparaging comments without checking facts.........

Bit like the "scam" comment.

I have sympathy for their customer service colleagues, having had some heart to heart with them. Their hands are normally tied from the start.

Same situation here! Submitted my claim and was approved on the 1st August and was ment to receive a £100 google play by the 31st August. Still no update since receiving my confirmation that my claim was approved. I have emailed them twice to only be sent and automated email in reply. I've heard from other forums it could take up to 45 days? The phone number they provide is no help either. I think they should for sure offer something extra for not sticking to there dedicated time scale. Imagine we missed a payment with them for example they would be on your case within 24 hours and how long really does it take for a digital code to be sent out? Mental and not fair on people who done it purely for the deal offered.

Oh I will be aswell. They shouldn't advertise it if they can't stick to it. I mean I get the delay if it was something like a free watch or tablet or buds but the fact it's a digital google play voucher, something like that should be almost instant to do surely
