      <description>Same situation here! Submitted my claim and was approved on the 1st August and was ment to receive a £100 google play by the 31st August. Still no update since receiving my confirmation that my claim was approved. I have emailed them twice to only be sent and automated email in reply. I've heard from other forums it could take up to 45 days? The phone number they provide is no help either. I think they should for sure offer something extra for not sticking to there dedicated time scale. Imagine we missed a payment with them for example they would be on your case within 24 hours and how long really does it take for a digital code to be sent out? Mental and not fair on people who done it purely for the deal offered.</description>
