Samsung Finance not working at checkout?

Is anybody else having issues with purchasing stuff through Samsung using Samsung Finance? I have tried multiple web browsers, clearing my caches and cookies. I see it appear quickly before it disappears and the only other option is to pay using a debit/credit card or through Klarma and Affirm. I was able to purchase a TV 3 days ago on my Samsung Finance account but decided to cancel because I wanted a bigger one instead. I don't know what to do anymore, I tried calling Samsung Finance the other day and waited 2 hours on the line and just ended the call cause I didn't have time to wait around that long. I can log into my Samsung Finance account without any issues and I have no balance on my account. Any advice or workaround to get Samsung Finance to appear at checkout? Thanks in advance!

Are you using a samsung phone, if so try the samsung shop app

I tried it on the Samsung app as well, I can select the Samsung finance option, but when I go to checkout, there is an Affirm pop-up that prevents me from checking out. I tried deleting the app, clearing the caches, and redownloading but I still had the same Affirm pop-up.

I am also running into this same issue. Updating addresses across both my samsung and TD / samsung financing account did not resolve this issue for me, unfortunately.

I'm having the same problem. I talked to a rep a couple of days ago and they told me that IT was working on software updates do to the new website for samsung financing. There is no time frame for when this will get fixed.

I am having the same exact issue. I already submitted a request through the CEOs office to have an upper level team member reach out to me. I suggest you do the same... Email the CEO | Samsung US Support

no one at fkn Samsung can respond or report as to why Samsung finance is disable during checkout. This is ridiculous!

I pulled the plug and decided to use Affirm. They offered me the same finance deal that Samsung financing would of offered me, 12, 18, and 24 months with zero interest.

I'm trying to buy a Zfold 6 and I have the same issue, the Samsung finance is disable during checkout.

Samsung Glow Finance does not accept payment from Mastercard DEBIT. I have 3 Mastercard debit cards across 2 providers but none of them worked. I had to transfer money to a visa debit in order for the payment to go through. Utterly ridiculous

As of December 2024 they have closed down their financing business options with rhe bank they qete using they sent a letter out with my last statement rumor is Affirm is the new financing option for Samsung outlet

Samsung Finance no longer exists as of December 2024 it now goes thru affirm they sent a notice in my last statement, I still send my last few payments to Samsung that I owe but I am done ordering this way because I can't figure it out and I liked the 0% interest and trade in allowence
