    <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue seems to now be resolved for me. I was able to place my order later on that Saturday (around 9pm). As for what caused it, I still have no idea but it's more than likely on the Samsung side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Honestly it's not a great website/app if it prevents customers from purchasing what seems to be quite frequently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Samsung Website and Shop App not letting me place an order</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried multiple times. I've tried Clearing Cache and Cookies, this happens on both the app and website and I've tried on multiple devices and browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First I'm able to get to the Checkout stage (once the website actually let's me sign in), and it'll initially display the different delivery options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to go for payment, Twice using PayPal, once using direct card payment. It'll freeze once I submit the order:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_107.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2348161iC3722CD48B2CA494/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_107.png" alt="Screenshot_107.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then take me straight back to the payment stage, I'd try again, freezes, takes me back to the payment stage, this time erasing my details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_108.png" style="width: 359px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2348165i89AC67179F9CFF31/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_108.png" alt="Screenshot_108.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to enter my details again (name address etc) and it just... I've reported it via the online chat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK Community Forum&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would clear Cache again, then wait a few hours and try again. Samsung website does so this from time to time.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having this problem too. Tried ordering on Saturday, put the payment details in and accepted that the payment was me on my banking app which goes through fine and payment is pending but the Samsung website says payment unsuccessful, cleared cache and cookies etc and tried again. Same thing happened. Left it a few hours as suggested by customer services and tried using a credit card instead this time - nope, same issue. Tried once more using Paypal and again - payment unsuccessful and no order and yet payment is pending so I leave it for the day and get my husband to try to order on Sunday using a different pc and his credit card and yet again, same issue so we're now down 5 x payments of over £300 each time we've tried with no successful order... Abismal&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update - I have been on live chat with Samsung this afternoon and they have advise they were aware of the issue with ordering / payment issues via their website and I have been advised that they have fixed it. Let's see if I can order this evening...........fingers crossed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Along long time buying from Samsung as a Platinum customer, I have had several times orders even those with next day dalivery, in pending status, unconfirmed for 2 or 3 days and they were always eventually cancelled. The reasons behind always were related to applying different discounts plus trad in, all correct, but final price for the product was "too good" and additional risk because of having a trade in as part of that final good price. In those cases the orders don't go through and there is nothing you can do about. Customer services only answer is that there is "something" no details, in the order which does not accomplish their T &amp;amp; Cs. I filed time ago a complaint regarding allowing to use on orders combinations of discounts and trade in, when they really do not want ot allow them, having me waiting during some days (normally 2) for an item which I should already have received and I needed it. I said that they should not allow these options since the very begining if they do not want them to be used. I never had a response....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
