      <title>Returning phone within 14 day window</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've purchased two phones so I can compare side by side and choose one to keep.&amp;nbsp; To do this I need to set up the devices/log in etc. However, the returns conditions imply I can only look at device as if it were handled in a retail outlet and installing any apps etc (updates?) will result in a deduction from my refund. I don't know if I'm understanding this correctly, does it mean I can only look at the phone without being able to test the screen/audio etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Samsung are monitoring can i set up the devices, (just log in without transferring all apps) test it, then hard reset? and still get a refund?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;silly question maybe but the terms and conditions make me&amp;nbsp; think twice.       <description>I'm not sure where you are getting this but I'm sure you can use the phone and return it if you have to. I have returned a phone in the past to Samsung UK without any problems, obviously make sure it is not tied to your Samsung or Google account when you reset it.</description>

      <description>I have never seen this or heard of it before, I'm pretty sure legally if you return within the window they must give you a refund.</description>

      <description>Yea as &lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/689301"&gt;@TechZilla&lt;/a&gt; says&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung won't be monitoring your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;If you bought online&lt;BR /&gt;Before you return the phone you need to sign it out of all your accounts and then factory reset it&lt;BR /&gt;The terms and conditions look like generic ones that they use for other products as well&lt;BR /&gt;But do make sure you abide by the returned in as new conditions&lt;BR /&gt;So be very careful not to get even a tiny scratch&lt;BR /&gt;If in any doubt though. Contact Samsung Customer Support for more advice</description>
