    <description>Thanks! I've tried three different devices and have cleared cache and history on all of them, so i dont really know what else to try. I tried incognito mode also. Do you have any other suggestions or would i be best to call them again..?</description>

      <title>Samsung Upgrade Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Does anyone have issues logging into their samsung upgrade account?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have spent the past two days trying to get in and it just keeps saying "technical issues try again later".&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have used the online live chat which was very unhelpful and i called the samsung support number and the lady was helpful and after i exchanged my details it allowed her to log in to my account so i assumed the issue was resolved.       <description>Try clearing the cache and data in your browser.&lt;BR /&gt;Alternatively, try a different browser&lt;BR /&gt;I find it works better using a Samsung phone rather than a computer as well</description>
