Samsung S24 Ultra and free Galaxy Watch 6 Promotion

Hey all, wondering if anyone can help clarify a few things for me.

I ordered the S24 Ultra on launch day and was able to get the £50 discount (pre-order bonus) and 5% off due to first time Samsung Shop App user. I also traded in my old phone. However it wasn't until after the order came through that I realised the Code for the Samsung Watch 6 wasn't applied, not sure what happened but the whole process was a bit buggy as I was using Samsung Flex to pay.

Anyway, support have said I can claim the watch after 24th January once my phone arrives, but also in the t&c's they do say you can't claim if you have already participated in another promotion.

Do my discounts count as promotions considering the pre-order bonu came with case and screen protectors? Or are 'prmotions' specific to claims like watch6 or headphones, cashback, etc. Appreciate any help, I want to avoid cancelling my order as I'd prefere the watch over the £50 discount

I think you should be fine on the basis that if the watch code would have been accepted alongside the other promotions if added to the order. The link to claim the watch is on this forum, there's plenty of others in the same position as you. 👍

Your not the only one who is victim to this bug. I did manage to add "right at the end" but I expected the offer link to do it, so after three goes I lost the colour phone I originally chose 😪😭

Regarding the £50 voucher/discount
Pre register things i couldn't understand.
As i registered twice with two different emails , I did not get any email from Samsung until now .
I had to order ultra without this voucher
But i managed to add watch 6 for free, and i also got a discount in 1 tab variant

Make sure that Samsung Browser is set to the default browser? I think I had this problem before.

@k124: I've had a look into this for you, and can confirm that you will receive the 40mm Bluetooth variant of the Galaxy Watch6 (SM-R930NZKAEUA). I hope this helps.
