Where is my double storage?😡

Samsung said that all pre-ordered phones would get double storage as in 512gb for price of 256gb.

Well i have recieved my s23 ultra today and it has only got 256gb of storage and not 512gb 😡

I am not happy

Did you order 256 or 512? your suppose to order 512 and they charge you for 256

I clicked 256gb thinking they send me 512gb and pay for 256gb and if i clicked 512gb they would send me 1tb

You'll have a cooling off return window to send the phone back however you'll need to be fast to keep within the pre order window unless you have enough disposable income to order now and then await a refund for the one you can send back.

Remember to factory reset it.

Well for the s23 ultra why not start the storage at 512gb and say "buy 512gb and pay for 256gb" and " buy 1tb and pay for 512gb", simples

It does state on the website the way it works but I can see how someone may get confused especially if you're excited. Maybe Samsung should look into changing the wording in the marketing to avoid this.

You are still able to return it and reorder although I can appreciate it's a bit of a hassle. I'm assuming you ordered from Samsung directly?

That's incorrect! You may return it as stipulated by the law when buying online.

She said they would not swap it.
The only way to do it is send it back saying i don't want it then i have to wait for them to contact klarna and cancel my agreement and then re-order and hope the offer is still on.
Knowing samsung the s24 will be out before they deal with it so i am not going to give myself the stress and hasle
