Add a voucher to a pre-order

Hi there, does anyone know if you can add a money off voucher to a pre-order after you have ordered?

I pre-ordered the new watch5 pro on Thursday then on the Friday i received a 15% off voucher via email from Samsung for my birthday, have tried the live chat who told me to call, i did call and they couldnt understand what i was asking

@paulham82: Sadly it isn't possible to add a discount voucher to an order after it has been placed, as this must be done at the checkout stage. In this instance you may wish to cancel your existing order, and place it again so you can add the voucher and receive your discount.

Thanks for the swift response,

Turns out after reading the smallprint on the bottom of email the voucher cant be used on any products released during August & September 2022,

Thankfully i never cancelled my order first 🙄.

i should always read the small print.
