Upgrade Program

I going the Samsung Upgrade Program last year. I'm pretty excited about the S24 Ultra. Does anyone know when we will hear? As the phone is launching a few weeks early, will we miss the preorder bonuses?

The Unpacked Event is tomorrow.
So pre orders will be starting tomorrow as well
Some retailers may have pre orders starting a day or two later
If you visit the upgrade lounge. You will see if you are eligible to upgrade here. Think it gives you a date as well when you are eligible

Trouble is the event is tomorrow. So website changes are happening now
Check either tomorrow during the day or after the event
But be aware. After the event, there will be a rush for orders. So web traffic will be extremely busy

I thought the same so took the last number and took 1 off it and it says it's wrong so it is checking the code at least

I had an email saying the Samsung upgrade programme was coming to an end and being replaced by Samsung Flex.

I've signed into the upgrade program today and it doesn't actually do anything. Keeping my fingers crossed they just upgrade programme members the chance to trade in and change to flex.

Yeah, the page just refreshes now but doesn't do anything. Assuming we'll get more info after unpacked. I still haven't had that email either. Let's hope they are just rolling out slowly

Rang Samsung who have confirmed I have the correct number. Confirmed in eligible to upgrade. She said there's an issue with the page, should be open once the phone is released

Any luck? Signed into upgrade program, says it's ended and goes to flex, tried to checkout and it keeps throwing it back to beginning 😒

Yeah, I put my loan and surname in and it gave me the option to upgrade. The new flex is a fair bit more expensive overall compared to the upgrade programme but I use my phone constantly so decided to go for it. Recon I'll just settle the contract and sell the phone next year. It'll be worth more than handing it back.

Does anyone have any idea how the transition from Upgrade Program to Flex will work?
Will they still take my S23 Ultra and pay off my Klarna loan?

From £38 to £59 compared to the upgrade program!
Plus, you're actually nearly paying for it over the year anyway unlike the upgrade program.

I went through it and it asks about condition of phone etc, got to checkout and Jesus the price difference compared to upgrade program!
£124 upfrom, £59/month for 14 months (was paying£40)
It kicked me out so gonna have to go through it all again 🤬
