Hey Gang

I got my shiny new S23 Ultra today, so which I am loving right now.

Just a quick question, I got the return label in the box but no bag that is usually provided.

Was it the same for everyone else?

My email said I'd get it within 2-3 days after.
I've had it in the box before now, not this time

Wierd, my had the regular returns leaflet and label, so but no blue bag as normal

Please be careful as there is a return label in the box to return the new phone if you decide not to keep. Male sure that you only return your trade-in phonenusing the special label (and usually blue bag) that Samsunng will send you. This has pre-postage.

With my s23 the bag, label and instructions on returning tradein device were in the box with the s23

I did just check again, but I have returns instructions, so letter, so that leaflet, I will and label but no bag

I don't think I've had a trade in bag for a while now.
I just usually pop it in a cardboard box and wrap it up

No blue bag with my s23ultra either but got a returns label will stick it in a jiffy bag an send back

Yeah... Wanted to prep my return today as well (S23 Ultra 512gb). Only received a label, a letter with basic instructions (mentioning a leaflet - but no actual leaflet?) and no bag either... I think I'll have to ring them on Monday to make sure that I can send this in my own packaging... I also went for the option "any broken phone" - so maybe that's why they didn't send me a proper bag?

Well... I am sure most others did the same but I put the old S22U in to its box, wrapped it up so what the contents is not visable, used the returned sticker and took it to the Post office. I paid my £8 for special delivery

I have had confirmation they recieved and and that the trade in was complete.

I always pay extra for special delivery as I can track it and has insurance too, so a lost or damaged phone can be claimed

If you aren't doing this, I would recommend it, what I do is film the phone on and off, detailing all the edges, this is just for piece of mind before sending
