anyone else in the same boat, all went through OK and got the Klana order number no no Samsumg order number like in previous years?

I've had the same issue! Purchased via Samsung Finance, received the finance email and they've taken my initial payment too but no order confirmation or order number / reference 😢

Once I hit the 'pay' button, it then took me back to payment options like I hadn't completed the payment....

HI there,

I have made an order as well for the S22 Ultra and have not received any confirmation through email only a page with the order number and that went away, I only made the order through SAMSUNG not Klana.

Same here, I pre-ordered the S22 Ultra and got the PayPal Confirmation but nothing from Samsung.

OK, so i have now found the order number, so may help others in the same situation with Klana.

On the Klana email click on "view your order"
Go into the Samsung order, should say preparing
Scroll down to the bottom and it should show "store order reference"
Put that into the Samsung "track my order" and it should pull it up all OK
