      <title>Trade in issues: error occured with IMEI</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried to purchase new S22 Ultra got to payment authorisation, I can see it request authorisation and went through they said had a error&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;I trade in old phone as part of the deal, so try again. But when I put in imei number is says that it the ImeI has already been used&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Not one time has Samsung made buying a new phone without headache&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;I don't know what to do know any advice?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>I added the trade-in offer after it was in the basket. It works from that screen. Give it a try.</description>

      <description>Try and use your phone to purchase if you get stuck in any process after the trade-in. It took me 2 hours to find a way to buy.</description>
