      <title>S22+ Custom Colour Delivery Delay</title>

      <description>Hi everyone,&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have been keeping a close eye on the amount of complaints regarding the S22 delivery fiasco that is seemingly becoming worse!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Has anyone managed to take delivery of an S22+ in a custom colour?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Here's my experience so far...&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I currently have an S10+ and have been very happy with it. Now comes the time for a new phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I decided to order direct from Samsung&amp;nbsp;based on previous experience on great service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;BIG MISTAKE!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;11th March I ordered the S22+ in Sky Blue. Their website stated allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Fine, they've made it clear what to expect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I was given a delivery date of 8th April.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;22nd March I received an email confirming my device is being made and to allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2nd April I noticed the order status on my account changed to 'Headed to your Country'. Its been stuck on this status for the last 2 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;7th April, I decided to contact Customer support. Their agents have no idea what is happening. Assured me my phone was still on track to be delivered the next day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;8th April my delivery day. Email from Samsung delaying the order by 2 weeks. New delivery day 22nd April.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;9th April I tweeted and got a similar scripted response. It will arrive soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am not holding my breath!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Anyone else had any better luck? 1k they've had out of me weeks ago with nothing to show for it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I've also emailed their promotions team to find out where we stand for phones that are not delivered within 60 days. I'm hoping they will be extending it so I can still claim the free buds!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Even the normal colours are delayed. I ordered a 512 black for delivery today and its not turned up despite saying they have it on stock.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I must admit I had my eye on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Graphite&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra but I opted for the Phantom Black as exclusive colour options can have delayed delivery schedules.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In regards to the Samsung Promotional Galaxy Buds Pro the Terms is that you claim them 60 days from receiving the new Samsung Galaxy s series phone so anyone have delayed deliveries of their phone.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I think delays can be coped with if they actually gave notice prior, but they actually have no clue. Just keep taking the money and failing to provide the goods!</description>

      <description>Thanks for your reply. Have you received yours?&lt;BR /&gt;Re the buds offer that is for pre orders who can claim within 60 days of delivery. Anything else is 60 days from purchase. I should imagine there are many people in this situation. I'll update when I have a reply from them.</description>

&lt;P&gt;What does it say in your orders section and did you get any communication from Samsung confirming delivery for today.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When a person first orders the phone on tbe Samsung.com page part of the process provides a date to choose but that date isn't confirmed until Samsung send further communication.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your in the UK then the courier form DPD send communication too. The DPD app is useful to have to track the delivery too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Mine took 6 weeks to arrive. Now if I got regular updates on my delayed order, I would have been OK with it. Would still have been impatient to get it though.&lt;BR /&gt;Was going to cancel, but I'm so glad I decided to wait now as the phone is excellent.&lt;BR /&gt;Sadly I'm not sure what's happened with Samsung customer support this year. Something has obviously changed.&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully Samsung will learn from this and improve for the next phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Trust me when you get the phone you will like it enough to just let your purchase experience to fade a bit</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just wanted to update since this is the feed most readily available when searching the subject on Google.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Placed my order 10/20/2022 and have not received my phone yet. There was NOTHING on the website stating that it would be a longer delivery process or that the &lt;EM&gt;Samsung Exclusive &lt;/EM&gt;colored phones were considered to be Customized (don't know if the 512GB is considered Customized as well, but I was told that it was because of the color).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered 2 different phones in my order. An S22+ (256GB in Green) and an S22Ultra (512GB in Red). The S22+ arrived within a week or 2. The S22Ultra, I'm still waiting for. There used to be an expected delivery date listed on the website for my order, but it was taken off. When I contacted customer support (which is a pointless endeavor) regarding the issue, I was told that it would be arriving November 15th, 2022 at the latest. Obviously, this did not happen. Then I noticed an ETA date had been taken off my order entirely and was sent an email stating "we do not currently have an estimated time of arrival".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is absolutely unacceptable. If you're thinking of getting an exclusive color, either pre-order it (which, I've read, was a fruitless exercise as well for this line) or be prepared to wait and become frustrated/angry with the whole process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered mine well before Halloween with the hope of having it by Thanksgiving, which doesn't seem to be happening. I'll be shocked if I receive it before Christmas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
