S22 ultra green preparing dispatch.. ?

Hey guys!

I ordered my phone on the 28th, not an exclusive colour. Curious if anyone else has been stuck on preparing dispatch. It will now be 4 days tomorrow that I haven’t received any update on what’s going on. Just excited to make the switch!

No mine came within a week from ee I got the green 512gb and have to say being an ex iphone user this devise is fantastic

My fiance ordered one on March 26, been stuck on preparing dispatch since the 27th. Every time we try to get ahold of samsung the wait time is 3 hours plus. She did get an email saying hope your enjoying your new phone. Kinda hard to enjoy if never received it lol

We didn't either since there was no mention of this at checkout. Could have gotten it delivered next day from Amazon, but wanted the promo. Not mad that it hasn't shipped, mad cause Samsung dropped the ball on communicating with their customers theres a problem with fulfillment. Instead they just gladly took our money and said nothing. Live and learn I guess

No I was told 28days for delivery then I got a txt 5days later saying it was despatched
