Hi,

I am trying to check on my recent purchase as my new phone is now over 2 weeks past its estimated due delivery of 2-4 weeks, but my order number says its invalid on the Samsung website or on the check order on the confirmation email.

Any help knowing when my order will arrive will be greatly appreciated

I get this if I am logged in to my account, I can get the info if I sign out then scroll down to orders.

Looks like I have lost out of reward points for two s22 ultra, anyone know if I can add this order to my account?
