When ordering something on samsungs official website and says prepareing dispatch how do you cancel it

If the option isn't there its because the order has been packed and is ready to ship so you need to either refuse delivery or return when it arrives

How do you refuse the delivery it's coming by DPD

Could check with support but looks like it is too late to cancel directly https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

If so basically you need to inform DPD you do not wish to accept the product when they arrive, as long as they are obliging. Otherwise would need to make arrangements for return.
