    <description>&lt;P&gt;how did you get samsung to remove your IMEI&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am in the same position and running out of time to maximise on the trade in promotion which ends tomorrow&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have contacted samsung over 5 times and keep being told to wait&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;online order tracking shows order is cancelled but IMEI keeps saying it is already used when replacing the order&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I preordered the S22 Ultra but had to cancel because after I made payment I realised I had selected the wrong trade-in option and would have been surcharged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;DIV&gt;I ordered on the 14th February and cancelled the next day and was redunded on the day after that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It's been 4 days now and I still cannot use my trade-in phone's IMEI for the discount because it says 'already in use'. I have spoken with support on the phone twice - the first time they said it can take up to 48h to reset and the second time I was told to try clear my browser cache but neither of these options have worked.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please is there any way for this to be fixed for me, I'm worried I'm going to miss out on the discount and also the promo offer for the galaxy earbuds&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in exactly the same situation now and I've no idea what to do. I chose the wrong colour and I'm not able to trade-in my device now after cancelling the original order, this is a system wide issue at Samsung&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Icing on the cake is that if I ordered now the estimated delivery start date is the end of March since those few days of my IMEI not working has put me behind the rest of the preorders. This whole process is annoying, why is the resetting of the IMEI not tied in with the cancellation email?&lt;BR /&gt;So now not only can I not trade in my Note 9 but I would also have to wait a month at the minimum to get the phone.       <description>Just wanted to let you know managed to get samsung to remove my IMEI from their DB and traded in my S8 for £270 on Amazon. I have pre ordered S22U on amazon so they took my S8 for £70 and added preorder promotion bonus £200 which is not bad.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted chat support displayed on the Samsung home page. You may need to wait for about 15 mins but they raised an internal ticket in the end. I followed up next day via chat again with all the reference numbers and when I tried later it allowed me to enter my IMEI. I then went ahead and searched every retailer online before I found Amazon uk. What a terrible experience but at least in the end I was able to make £270&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>They didn't reset it and the trade in value of my Note 9 has dropped to basically nothing. So i've used a 10% off discount code for £125 off then i can just sell my old phone somewhere or keep it as a backup</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when i contacted Samsung they kept telling me a support ticket has been raised and need to wait&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;order was cancelled at 7.49pm on 22/02/22 and it has been over 24hrs since and just same response regarding a support ticket has been raised and have to wait for a reply from their internal team&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no one has emailed or contacted me regarding an update and periodically checking to see if the IMEI will work but to no avail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;honestly is baffling how it can take this long and why its taking this long is appalling&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im currently getting a trade in value of £340 but i suspect this will disappear tomorrow morning&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;honestly have no words!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
