      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, does anyone have a direct email for the complaints team? I have been trying to raise a complaint with Samsung on 0333 000 0333 but they keep shrugging me off and saying they have no "Solution Experts" available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Need to raise a complaint about the following (which I have sent to Samsung Help UK on twitter DM's, who told me to contact the number above 🤦‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I ordered a Samsung flip 5 on the 27th of November, nearly a month ago, with a delivery date of the 20th of December (so I could give it as a present on Christmas day and still have time to send her phone back as a trade in).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have just been emailed this morning to say my delivery is delayed until the 5th of January!!!! This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my Fiancée, who now has nothing to open on Christmas day apart from a Samsung Flip case that she won't be able to put on the phone she doesn't have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I get there may be stock issues now, but I don't understand how that is that relevant to an order that was placed nearly a month ago? It should have been reserved for that order at it was paid for when stock was available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I'm extremely unhappy about the situation and I want it to be rectified. Its unacceptable that something ordered a month in advance when there was stock available is now unavailable due to stock issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>By any chance is it an online exclusive colour or just a normal one? For some reasons there can be massive delays with the online exclusive colours I'm guessing because they don't hold much stock for these colours.</description>

      <description>It's not, it's a lavender one. Regardless if it was an online exclusive, surely if I placed an order nearly a month ago hen stock is available and I've paid for it, they should have assigned one to me there and then. Or else what's the point in letting me choose a delivery date 🤦</description>

      <description>Yes I agree totally I'm not making excuses for them I just know that for some reasons those problems occur more when those colours are chosen. The delivery date should be the date you get it. I have selected dates for my products on the past as I knew I would be in and they always ended up coming early for reason . Keep trying on the phone, some agents are much more helpful than others.</description>

      <description>Hey there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Samsung have a poor history in relation to delivery dates based on the grumbles we see on here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you order, your order is passed by Samsung to their delivery partner (i.e. DPD). Samsung deliver their stock to their delivery partner who does the rest.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Problem is, Samsung website will say in stock and in their warehouses in Vietnam etc that may be correct. But in the UK? There may not be enough stock. So you'll join a queue for your desired device and colour.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As they've moved delivery to January, sounds like stock is on its way but may be impacted by global shipping issues causing delays.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It isn't right and I'm first to grumble myself about this but just hopefully giving you some context. Trying to cancel won't be easy either, Samsung normally say you have to refuse delivery first. Samsung Customer Service isn't the best.</description>

      <description>Believe me, you will go around in circles and will be directed to the sales team. Well thats who they put me in touch with, the very people I had the complaint about. So unfortunately, it is unlikely you will get any satisfaction. I wanted to give them more money for an alternative to my order. They seem to have a script they follow and won't deviate from that. The worst customer service I have ever come across. Good luck. I really mean that I feel your frustration.</description>

      <description>Can anyone tell me why samsung would release an update that would stop the inner screen on a fold 3 from having sound, and not do something about it. I am not alone it seem, and I've counted,dozens of other users have experienced the same issue and the same day. This cannot be a coincidence that so many phones developed the same issue at the same time. The latest ui6 update has ruined a lot of phones, if this is a sales technique being used, as new model coming out, then I will never buy samsung again. They must be able to sort this. All samsung have suggested to customers is to have an expensive repair, but refuse to accept that these pho es with the same issue is a coincidence.&lt;BR /&gt;If anyone has an answer to this no sound on inner screen I would love to hear it.</description>

      <description>So after searching online and seeing many forums with the same question. I've spoken to customer services who have given me the email for complaints (so I am told). I'm not sure why this isn't displayed anywhere or why I have to go through customer services and be placed on hold while they "verify my details". But either way, the email address is below for anyone else with complaints for Samsung. Just make sure you include your reference number or any customer numbers you may have.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;uk.help@samsung.com&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You're welcome.</description>

      <description>Just had likewise out to repair my phone as it's only 4 months old and has developed two dots on middle of the screen on the fold with a line to the right but according to the guy from likewise it's malicious damage and a payable repair required, I asked him to explain and he said possibly something in the fold when it was shut I told him nothing has been in there, so contacted samsung to complain and they told me they have to take the engineers word for it as he has already sent it in to them, when I told them I disagree with his decision they said doesn't matter we have to go with what he says, I asked to make a formal complaint and was told to go on line and send it in, absolutely disgusting customer service from samsung</description>

      <description>That are absolutely appalling, make a complaint in case and was directed to the sales team, which were the ones I was complaining about. Very frustrating people to work with. But they have their processes laid out to follow. Once they've had your cash the helpfulness goes out of the window. There is no-one you can actually speak to for reasoning. Their web site doesn't even give you a complaints process to follow.</description>
