I can't complain about the service from the company handling this promotion for Samsung.

Put claim in for the earbuds when I received my Fold5 on the 4th August.
Received an acknowledgement that my claim was accepted and the Buds would be with me in 45 days, on the 5th August
Received an email and text advising me that my Buds were on their way, today, 17th August.

So long as you pre-ordered your device by the 31st July and can complete the claim correctly with proof of purchase and the device's IMEI number by the 10th September there should be no issues.
