    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't complain about the service from the company handling this promotion for Samsung.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Put claim in for the earbuds&amp;nbsp; when I received my Fold5 on the &lt;STRONG&gt;4th August&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Received an acknowledgement that my claim was accepted and the Buds would be with me in 45 days, on the &lt;STRONG&gt;5th August&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Received an email and text advising me that my Buds were on their way, today, &lt;STRONG&gt;17th August.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So long as you pre-ordered your device by the 31st July and can complete the claim correctly&amp;nbsp;with proof of purchase and the device's IMEI number by the 10th September there should be no issues.&lt;/P&gt;
