Has anyone had the order statues changed to prepering to dispatch?

Before it showed delivery date to be 23rd but now doesn't have the date.

What are the chances of getting the delivery early?

Upgraded to Samsung note 10+ 5g

I've seen threads on other forums where people have said the despatch date has changed to the 19th of August !

If you get the Note 10 earlier than expected then that would be awesome.

In my case I've not pre-ordered as I'm not intending to trade in my Note 9, but instead will buy the Note 10+ 5G from the local Samsung Experience Store.

Look like they like you then im not bothered now was disappointed and phoned Samsung about it just get told to reorder

Hes not the only one. They cancelled it for stock reasons apparantly. and expect you to shell out another deposit (one week and still waiting) with hard credit search to re-order literally the next day when pre-order was available again.

4 days to get a response off them by email chat/helpline no help at all so be warned.

On emailing the CEO they offered a £50 voucher (can only be used on full price items). Told them to do one.

After putting up with the note 7 this was the final straw. If i want to be treated like this i may as well be treated like this by some dodgy chinese rip off manufacturer.

So today I visited my local Samsung Experience Store a d paid £25 to pre order the Note 10+ 5G.

To be picked up this Friday.

I recieved a phone call today from the Samsung Experience Highstreet Store to let me know my phone is held for me in the branch.

However I cannot collect till launch day _ was worth asking

ive just got notification that it has been shipped.

I will be collecting it from the DPD depot near my house on my way to work in the morning.

Notification received that will be delivered tomorrow.

DPD text with tracking details to confirm this.

Preordered on launch day and delighted will be arriving a day earlier than expected / official release date. 5*
