Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone from the UK Samsung mobile shop? I've spent 4 hrs on phone to people in the Philippines who don't help and just lie to get you off the phone😔

I've never had luck either Samsung support....as you have said always feels like they tell you anything just to get you to move on.....Samsung don't seem to view UK customers with much regard....

When I needed to contact the Samsung Online Shop Team I've always spoken to an abroad Call Centre Team apart from when I've then gone into speak to the CEO liason Team.
