I have contacted Samsung ion the above number for assistance having purchased a new Ultra 4G.

looking at my BT phone bill I have been charged £80 for all the calls made to this premium number..all provders charge for these o333 numbers...

This feels like a scam by samsung... a money spinning racket.... Why charge a phone customer for support? Why not provide a service for free to their customers?

Unfair and unbelievable...

I have also phoned the number 3 times (!) using my mobile on BT Mobile sim.
I was not charged on any occasion. Certainly not charged for premium number.

From what I've read, there is no charge if you have plan minutes, if not they should be charged as normal calls. It may be worth speaking with BT because this is not a premium rate number.
