Hi does anyone know how i can get in contact with samsung regarding cashback ive tried various numbers but no one answers

have you tried the 'get help' at the bottom middle of the main samsung members

Hey @cathy22 ! You can get in touch with the Promotions Team on offer@samsungpromotions.claims, or by telephone at 0330 054 2417 (UK) or 01223 2303 (ROI). The phone numbers have an automated system to begin with, but you will be able to speak to an agent if you enter your claim reference number, press option 5 "for help with anything else", and then option 1 to speak to an agent. 🙂
