Hi I'm having trouble sending and receiving text messages when I phone virgin up I go through all the stages then it say they have sent a text message trouble is thats why I'm phoning them up any help please

Have you tried changing your message centre number?

please check if this is the sms center number +447958879890

if not please change it to this sms center number and hopefully will work.

Make sure you are using the correct APN settings https://theroams.co.uk/providers/virginmedia/guides/internet-settings/
If you still have issues you may need a new sim
