I'm seeing mixed reports that those one One UI 8.5 Beta can access the new quick share to airdrop now via the recent Quick Share update. Has anyone gotten this?

As far as I know it's available on the s26 series. Limited on the s25 in beta 8.5. Read that it will come a little later with stable release for the s25 series. Could be wrong though depending what I read is true.

The option to toggle it on is in the settings menu on the S26.

It's available on the S25 series for One ui 8.5 beta however many are saying it's mixed. Some see it and it's usable, others see it but its not usable and others (like myself) don't see it.

Sadly not as I believe it will only be fully activated on One UI 8.5. The Galaxy S21 Series has stopped receiving One UI updates.

I'm on beta 8.5 and 2 updates to quick share yesterday. I've not got the option for airdrop in the settings though.

I've had a notification it's working my S26U as of yesterday when I used Quickshare to a fellow S24 user. Will try it out with family on Apple sometime over the next few days likley.
