    <description>Talked to the Philippines a LOT bfr I discovered this option yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best trick depending. Stay uber considerate then fairly soon politely insist on a supervisor to speak to because it is so complex... not their fault they are being recorded wking for next to nothing in sweat shop conditions w horrific mics.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do Not complain to the super about her team member who you Appreciated that is first always&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;tell them only what will satisfy you and PLease!! what do they suggest?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My situation learned to ask for a remote session call back. Those jobs get passed to the more able not just the poor smuck who reads their handbook to you. Have heart it's a hell of a job angry people all day long on Your time zone not theirs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But this last 10 days mid Mar 2026 failed multiple times. Previous always ok w in 24-48 hrs. Some specifics gen time allowed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also write their name down and use it keep track of everything from first contact just in case referring to date and who adds weight. If all else fails demand they raise a 'case' or 'ref' number and what the write in their notes field matches what has happened. So you do not loose your mind w the next poor here dealing with a very frustrated client.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2 days ago I heard this will be the first time ever the up comming earnings report will be down&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I stupidly buy mobs/cells far to smart for me since 2017.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else have problems w Samsung customer service , it's been nothing but a headache for me to talk to a person whom I can understand due to heavy accents, I get transferred multiple times, put on hold, have to explain situation to everyone new on line ,told different options&amp;nbsp; took them 6 months to send me replacement and replacement was defective when I received it.. I've paid insurance on phone for 2 years and here I am again trying to get help w defective replacement phone and they want me to pay another deductible for a defective phone they sent me.. it's the worst service, ever!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>..I've had no dealings with them yet, but I'm dreading the time when it comes. Going through the posts on here would suggest you're one of many to 'suffer' at the hands of Samsung Customer Service. Maybe you'll get lucky?       <description>Yeah it can be iffy. Quite a few people have issues with it. But things are being worked on and should hopefully improve eventually</description>
