MX Studio Visit

Last week I was invited to visit Samsung’s MX Studio training facility and really enjoyed my day there. Firstly I would like to say that the atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting, the building had plenty of natural light flooding in which is a bonus.

I met @Star_girl in the reception area and made our way upstairs where we were met by Samsung managers namely Kat, @Vanda3 and @stephthechosenone where we started the day with a coffee in the staff canteen.

We were then taken to the Studio and passed several training rooms that had Samsung staff who were being trained.

In the corridor on the way to the studio i saw some interesting items on display, an old camera, clapper board, XR headset etc, see the photos above.

On entering the studio it was brightly lit and well staged and we met some of the Samsung trainers and cameramen filming using Samsung phones in rigs.

We sat and watched a slide show highlighting the new key features of the S26 series phones, Book6 laptops and buds4 and buds4 pro and throughout we had the opportunity to ask questions and i asked plenty 😁

Nightography, horizontal lock, photo assist are just some of the new features for the S26 series phone's.

I was astounded to hear that the new Book6 series of laptops have a 30hr SOT! We then moved to the kitchen area that's used for filming where we were saw laid out the entire S26 series phones and Buds4 series in all the colours including the pink hold and silver shadow.

We were given the opportunity to ask questions and take photos and videos of the new products and i will be creating further posts to include videos and photos so I can upload higher quality videos. The pink gold S26 Ultra and matching Buds4 pro looked so great together ❤️

Seeing all of the devices laid out was a tech lovers dream 😍 I have included a few photos to share with you how it looked.

It was great being able to see all 3 colours of the buds4 series side by side, the best way to help you to choose which one you prefer.

We then all had some lunch together and enjoyed talking about our hobbies, interests and all things Samsung, lunch was yummy 😋

After lunch I was given the opportunity to visit the display testing lab. It's a lab downstairs where new Samsung models of TV and monitors are sent for testing before release and disassembled to quantify any hardware issues. I saw the latest big screen TV on display that is due for release later this year and I had the opportunity to ask questions about the process and the lab itself.

I will be honest, it felt like I was standing in a tech lovers den of dreams, it was a great opportunity to see behind the curtains. I saw some monitors that I actually own myself and it suddenly felt like home.

I wanted to include the above bonus photo I took while there, the S23 Ultra in the stunning emerald green next to the Cobalt Violet S26 Ultra. Although still looking great i have to admit that the S23 Ultra is starting to look dated 😊

Overall a wonderful experience and time, I really enjoyed seeing a side of Samsung most never have the chance to see. I must say we were made to feel very comfortable and invited and I really felt like I was part of the team. A special thank you to @Vanda3 @stephthechosenone and Kat for the opportunity and for making us feel special. 😊

I really enjoyed that day and everything about it, plus getting freebies as a surprise from Samsung.❤

Hopefully in the future more SMSs will be able to join the events.😊

I agree with you, was a lovely day and I know other stars would have really enjoyed it also. Maybe we can be given the opportunity to spend the day in the studio to make more content to share 😊

Great write up. I enjoyed our day last year at the samsung HQ in Surrey, where we had a walk around the business products side in the B to B showroom at the top of the park, and the home automation room with all the setup.

The bigger question though is what did you choose for lunch ? Korean menu or western ? 😂

I wish I could have been able to attend that one also, but at least between the Stars we have as a team visited the HQ and the Studio/training facility 👏

A great report, informative and interesting 😄 certainly was a time to explore a lot of Tech and meet others (maybe more stars will be able to make future events) . Great images too for us all to have a taster 🙂
