As a Samsung Members Star we do have access to suggestions, bug reporting, ideas and other areas, i like to share my ideas, that can find their way to the developers - though feedback is limited to maybe be clarifying questions, but i dothink a few of my 21 ideas have made, just no payment 🤣

Anyway an example below that i wanted to see what the Community thinks of a very simple problem, idea statement.

PROBLEM, OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT

I am a long-term user of Samsung smart micro ovens and use the remote start allot via Smartthings, but i feel the cooking quality can be improved with an easy adjustment to the time, Issue is Smartthing is set to slert me when food is cooking, ready and critically when the overn has pre ehated, which i have realised overtime it upto 5 minutes, which for a 12 minute cooking instruction is about a 40% not cooking at say 190C.

IDEA STATEMENT

Surely a simple add on a pre heat to extend the time, for example 190C for 12 mins, with some smart AI temp detection, decides the cooking time should now be 15 mins.

I think it would really solve a lot of "the oven doesn't cook well or evenly" issues.
