The S24U is faster than the S25 Ultra, which is faster, and the battery life is better managed. I expect the S26 to be better, similar to how the S25 Ultra is for the S24 Ultra, so I think it's better as a whole, although similar in some aspects.

Actually I think the Battery may well be more efficient, only be marginal difference mind you. Certainly only really an incremental upgrade for S25 Ultra users ,even if some features would be useful.

I'm not upgrading, they improved the camera to add in more light, better processor and faster charging, everything else was talked about Ai which I don't care about especially when I can't get my computer parts. The battery will be the same, it's just faster charging but from 25w to 45w, I felt nothing different.

When they were on different UI the difference was palpable, after they got the same UI they became similar, I have disabled animations on S24 Ultra from Developer Options too, while for S25 Ultra I tried but it just didn't feel good. Now both phones kind of feel like they have the same speed. I like my phone to be very responsive, so I know when a phone is faster than another phone. I own both.

Well I don't play games, for me it needs to be fast over all and how fast the apps load and respond, how fast is the internet, how fast is procecces the tasks I give it. I also don't like it when the phone is prone to overheating. If the system lags, I am just going to look for something faster.

Well besides the fact the S24 was atrocious when it came to gaming on launch, the sheer number of game crashes was astounding. Never had that issue with the S25 Ultra though. Performance is also palpable if you know where to look, but overall general use no different from several generations ago, so this argument is just true for all latest generation. It's really just the case of hardware outpacing software, as usual.

S25 Ultra in my experience does all camera editing at a faster pace. S24 Ultra camera editing features are brilliant and almost the same like S25 Ultra but it's a bit slower to finish a job like that.
