some information on the Blur options with One UI 8.5, it has changed a bit over the years. With One UI 8 it was in a less obvious place but located in the photo Editor with One UI 8.5.

Swiping up on a photo still brings you the options Remaster,Live Effects and Erase Reflections. However to adjust Blur on a portrait photo you need to tap the pencil icon to enter Editing Mode and tap the second icon in the Button Row next to Galaxy AI to access the Background Blur Controls.

There's also another option called tidy up that seems new. In the gallery press the pencil icon then the 4 dots symbol you'll see tidy up. This then brings up remove reflections and remove shadows.
