Hi I have a Samsung s25 ultra why Samsung is using spy software (app cloud) in my and alotes of more device ? It's giving all data with out my permission to Israel company iron source . I payed for this phone and that's what Samsung doing with me . And others why ????

Watch this screen shots ? I want to know I did not pay you is that free mobile phone and how can I remove this ??? From my phone every day it's telling me accept is or later I am doing it later not accepting it but this notice comes every day . Forcing me to accept???

Hi Ghost098. You're currently in a UK forum. This is also a NOT Samsung Support.

AppCloud comes pre-installed on your device based on your region. These are usually on A or M series devices but have been seen on some S series.

Samsung has stated that it takes user data protection seriously and that its standard privacy policy applies to AppCloud.

They describe the app as a tool to "enrich" the customer experience through regional partners.

If you are concerned about the app, you can attempt to manage it by:

Going to Settings > Apps, find AppCloud, and select the Disable option. You may need to check this setting after every software update, as the app has been reported to re-enable itself.

You can also manage your data via the Samsung Privacy website by logging in to your Samsung account and going to the "My Data" section.

App cloud shouldn't be on your phone. If you're running the latest system update it should be removed. It's also not a spy app, it's an advertisement thing

No it is I can send you some photos . Please read the screen shots . I buy this phone from three UK network and I open the case against them and they told me it's Samsung who put software in it . And I am running 1UI 8 and 16 so it's latest software as well .

Ah, that seems more like a three thing then. My phone is an unlocked device not from a phone provider, appcloud doesn't exist on my device.

As for the whole "spyware" thing, it's an advertisement app. Yes it collects data, but you consent and know about it. It also doesn't get passwords or private things

No it's not three as thay told me this is Samsung who put software in it and if you Google and find out three did not have any capability to run a software is attached with Samsung os.

But not selling my data to threed party . Nope I did not pay for this . This is contract phone from three and I did not buy from any ware it's from UK . And I can't removed this software. The app is definitely pre-installeded "bloatware" by Three and not part of the offical Samsung software. I also have the S25 Ultra series but I purchased mine directly from Samsung (fully unlocked) and not via a service provider (where phones come locked to a specific network and may have pre-installed and unremovable apps).

You can see in one of the last screenshot you posted that Three is explicitly mentioned as part of the contract. It is also Three branded firmware. Any additional apps are included by Three only. Contact them and argue it out with them

There is not phone lock in UK any more . Samsung or apple all unlocked from day one . And I did but I don't want .... like this software in my phone . That's why I don't download any software free one installed in my phone .

It may not be network locked but you did purchase your device from a carrier rather than directly from Samsung so unfortunately you will get network "bloatware" apps pre-installed. For future purchases I would recommend buying directly from Samsung via the Samsung Shop App.
