A number may have heard some speculation about this, The S26 Ultra is expected to have a new lens with a much wider aperture. According to UniversIce who has a good track record the camera spec details are as follows. "S26 Ultra HP2 F1.4". This suggests the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have an F/1.4 aperture on its main camera, a change from the F/1.7 on the S25 Ultra.

I happy to see cameras getting a wider aperture, this will help at night with taking photo! I would like to see a new main sensor but perhaps that will come next time on the s27 Ultra.

Samsung need to further develop the cameras.

S25 Ultra very good but zoom still a severe disappointment.
